Welcome to your riding adventure!

The Heusis Farm is located in the Khomas Highlands, 50 km west of Namibia's capital Windhoek. The landscape with its beauty and diversity offers great riding pleasure. The plateau, 1600 m above sea level, is embedded with mountains and crossed by districts (dry rivers) that carry water in the rainy season. Numerous lakes serve as water reservoirs and offer great riding fun with the horses. Trained and sure-footed Quarter Horses and Quarter Horses with a height of 151-155 cm are available for star rides. You can choose between Western and English saddles. Depending on your wishes, you will sit in the saddle for 2-6 hours every day. The farm's native game can be easily observed on horseback. You will encounter giraffes, zebras, kudu, baboons, warthogs, sable antelope, nyala, oryx, hartebeest, springbok and other antelopes as well as an equally diverse and colorful bird world. The mountains offer wonderful panoramic views. On the veranda of our Casanova complex you can enjoy your morning breakfast, light lunch at lunchtime and, after the usual sundowner drink, your evening dinner together by the fire. The pool invites you to relax between sessions. Getting to and from Namibia is easy and hassle-free. Numerous airlines fly to Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport daily.
